Wootton Street Surgery has moved

Healthwatch Portsmouth received a notice recently from Drayton Surgery about the relocation of Wootton Surgery - we'd like to pass this on to our website visitors.

The Wootton Street Surgery will permanently close from Friday 10th October 2025.

From Friday 17th October 2025, services from Wootton Street Surgery will be provided from:

Drayton Surgery state that the relocation is part of the NHS commitment to enhancing patient care and providing access to improved facilities.
