No dental appointments at Eastney Health Centre right now, ICB confirms
Recently, there are rumours being spread on a Facebook group that Eastyney Health Centre is taking on new NHS dental patients. People have contacted us asking if this is true.
The ICB has confirmed with us that there is currently no NHS dental service operating from Eastney Health Centre. Therefore, no NHS dental appointments are currently being offered there.
However, ICB is working with a dental provider to establish a dental presence in Eastney Health Centre, which is currently undergoing works. It will be a few months before we hear anything back from the ICB.
Eastney residents can consider trying to register with the two newly built NHS dental practices near town, as there are direct bus routes from Eastney to get there:
