We are pleased to publish our annual report for 2025-2026. Explore our key milestones to see the impact we've made together and the progress we have achieved across our city's health and care services.
This past year, our team and dedicated volunteers have connected with thousands of Portsmouth residents to put real patient experiences at the heart of local healthcare decision-making. The core focus of our work has been collaborating closely with local vulnerable communities to break down barriers to care and directly reduce health inequalities across Portsmouth. From establishing new face-to-face community helpdesks in Portsea and Paulsgrove to amplifying the voices of trans and non-binary individuals, dementia carers, the Deaf community, and wheelchair users, we are ensuring that healthcare changes leave no one behind.
We want to reassure everyone that we remain fully committed and are here for all communities to have their say in shaping local health and care services. Looking ahead, we remain fully dedicated to serving as your independent 'critical friend' across the local health and care system. By stepping into this role, we ensure that patient experiences directly inform critical service developments including those across primary care, hospital treatments, mental health pathways, and emergency services.
