Have you heard of Pharmacy First? What we discovered

In 2024, we asked you if you would go to the pharmacy for any of the following:

• Middle ear infections (otitis media)

• Impetigo

• Infected insect bites

• Shingles

• Sinusitis

• Sore throat

• Uncomplicated urinary tract infections

We wanted to find out if you were familiar with the NHS Pharmacy First scheme and measure the scheme's effectiveness.
