Join as much or as little as you’re able—your contribution matters.


Do you or someone you care for live with a disability or long-term condition? NHS England is developing a new system – the Reasonable Adjustments Digital Flag – and is inviting people with lived experience to help shape how it's used and explained.


🔍 What is the Digital Flag?


This new tool will be added to patient records and shared across NHS and social care services (GPs, hospitals, dentists, social workers). It ensures staff are aware of a person's access or support needs before their appointment.


👥Who Can Get Involved?


  • People with lived experience of :

  • Cancer, dementia, or long-term health conditions

  • Physical, neurological or learning disabilities

  • Sensory impairments (e.g. hearing loss)

  • Young people with disabilities

  • People in long-stay hospitals

  • People from ethnic minority backgrounds


💬 What Will You Do?


Review resources (e.g. plain English guides, case study templates)- Share your experience or feedback via email or meetings- Contribute ideas on how the system should be shared with the public

💰 Paid Involvement

You’ll be paid:- £75 for half a day- £150 for a full day
