NHS app update: patient information in the ‘Consultations’ tab has been moved to the 'Appointments' tab
Recently, Healthwatch Portsmouth discovered that the 'Consultations' tab could no longer be found on the home screen in the NHS App. The old 'Consultation' tab was where patients' health records were stored. We now have found that the contents of the old 'Consultations' tab have been moved in to the 'Appointments' tab on the 'Home' page.
