The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is particularly keen to hear from deaf and hard of hearing people about their experiences and has teamed up with Disability Rights UK to help make this easier, they have various ways of contacting them by utilising forms, British Sign Language (BSL),  Sign Live and Text relay. Local people are being encouraged to share their thoughts on the standards of care they receive at GPs, dentists, hospitals and care homes, with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
