As part of our approach to collect information about local health and care services, we also have a ‘quality assurance approach’ whereby all parties who have contact with Healthwatch Portsmouth (whether the public, organisations, volunteers, board members and/or staff) are given the opportunity to provide feedback about the service they have received from us to inform our own learning and development of services now and in the future.

At Healthwatch Portsmouth, we recognise that in order for us to provide a service that is efficient and effective there are certain standards we must have in place.
