Before and during the Covid pandemic, the Good Mental Health Coop has been delivering courses, workshops and activities which focus on creativity and physical exercise to benefit our emotional resilience and overall mental health. We want to build on this and offer a new support group specifically for men, starting in September at the Buckland United Reformed Church.
