On Wednesday 12 September 2018 the Good Mental Health Cooperative will be running a drop-in cafe at Lilly and Lime on the third floor of Portsmouth Central Library in Guildhall Square. The cafe will run 2:00-6:30pm.

The Drop-In Cafe is for anyone who’s feeling anxious, stress or socially isolated, or if you’re worried about a friend or a family member, or if you’re just interested to know more about good mental health and wellbeing and the availability of local resources.

There’ll be a range of stalls with people to talk about support that’s available in the city – regular attendees are the Solent Mind Wellbeing Centre, Talking Change, Counselling Portsmouth, the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, and support groups SHIFT and SAD Portsmouth. There’s also an opportunity to use an on-line tool to help you think about the kind of support you’re looking for.

Free taster workshops:

4pm – Understanding Self Harm with Dr.Sandra Walker

5pm – Art and Sound Relaxation with Meehalska

The drop-in cafe is held every 2nd Wednesday of the month
