The Good Mental Health Cooperative are running a course over three weeks in October looking at ‘Building Strength In A Challenging World’

In the fast paced world we live in, it can be hard to take time for ourselves. Join Sarah for her new ‘Building Strength’ course and explore ways to work through difficult emotions and cope with everyday life. Learn to connect with yourself again and discover techniques to allow yourself to feel happier and more self confident.
The course is made up of three workshops, held across consecutive weeks, led by Sarah Haskett, a cognitive behavioural therapist and mental health nurse with a background in performance art. You can choose to complete the full course or if you’re unable to commit to all three dates just sign up to the individual workshops you can attend.
