The Alzheimer's Society's Dementia Support Workers provide information and individualised support to people living with dementia and their carers.

The support worker can meet you at home, or another appropriate venue and also provide advice and support by phone or email.

They will work with you to strengthen your existing support networks, provide information to help you to make informed decisions, and signpost to social or support groups to prevent isolation.
