Mental Health Mates walk Sunday 15 September 2019 in Southsea

This Sunday, 15 September 2019, Mental Health Mates are putting on a walk in Southsea to bring together people to talk and walk. Mental Health Mates is a network of peer support groups, run by people with mental health issues, who meet regularly to walk and talk without fear or judgement.
