On Wednesday 13 February 2019 the Good Mental Health Co-Operative will be hosting a drop in cafe 2-6pm on the third floor of Portsmouth Central Library, Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth PO1 2DX. The Drop-In Cafe welcomes everyone! You may be feeling anxious, stressed or socially isolated, or you may be worried about a friend or a family member, or you may just be interested to know more about good mental health and wellbeing and the availability of local resources. Remind men’s dementia carers’ group Saturday 2 February 2019 in Southsea

On Saturday 2 February 2019 Remind are running a men's dementia carers group at 10am at  the Wellness Centre on Palmerston Road in Southsea. The group is for all men who care for a family member or friend who has dementia. Brain tumour support group on second Thursday of the month in Purbrook

Brain Tumour Support has arranged regular support group sessions on the second Thursday of the month 1:30-3pm at the Rowan's Living Well Centre in Purbrook. The sessions are for anyone affected in any way by a brain tumour diagnosis. Brain Tumour Support Worker Tessa Murphy will be there to offer advice and information.
