On Wednesday 14 November 2018 the Good Mental Health Co-Operative will be hosting a drop in cafe on the third floor of Portsmouth Central Library, Guildhall Walk, Portsmouth PO1 2DX. The Drop-In Cafe welcomes everyone! You may be feeling anxious, stressed or socially isolated, or you may be worried about a friend or a family member, or you may just be interested to know more about good mental health and wellbeing and the availability of local resources. Introducing Mindfulness workshop at St James Hospital 14 November 2018

Talking Change are running an introducing mindfulness workshop at St James Hospital in Milton on Wednesday 14 November 2018, 10-11:30am. The workshop is provided free and would ideally suit someone with an interest in learning about mindfulness or wishing to develop their existing practice. The workshop takes place at the entertainments hall at St James' Hospital, Locksway Road, Portsmouth PO4 8LD, 10-11:30am. Good Mental Health Co-op Annual General Meeting 25 October 2018

On Thursday 25 Oct0ber 2018 the Good Mental Health Cooperative will hold its Annual General Meeting, starting at 7:30pm at the John Pounds Centre, Queens Street, Portsmouth PO1 3HN . Join them for refreshments from 7pm.At the Annual General Meeting the annual report will be presented, together with the financial report. There will also be a presentation on future plans for funding and service developments. Healthwatch Portsmouth Board meeting 17 October 2018

We hope you can join us for the Healthwatch Portsmouth Board meeting tomorrow, Wednesday 17 October 2018. At the meeting we will be joined by Dr Linda Collie, Chief Clinical Officer at Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group (the NHS body responsible for planning and funding Doctors services across the city). Linda will be outlining the CCG's plans to improve patient access to GPs across Portsmouth. Portsmouth Recovery Festival 15-18 October 2018

From Monday 15 October to Thursday 18 October 2018 the Recovery  Festival takes place across Portsmouth - the festival includes films, cooking and  a quiz as well as a panel discussion.
