PHT Happy To Chat New Volunteer Team launching 24th November

Portsmouth Hospitals Trust is forming a new team of volunteers to help unpaid carers whose loved ones are in hospital or whom are in hospital themselves to access the support available to them. The Trust is recruiting to their new ‘happy to chat’ volunteer team.  The role of a Carer Aware Volunteer is to support ward and outpatient areas across the Trust, identifying and supporting unpaid carers.
