The Government has launched a review of its national adult autism strategy Think Autism.
Think Autism is a cross-government strategy, launched in April 2014, which set out the steps that the Department of Health, local councils and other bodies would take to improve the quality of life for autistic adults and ensure that services met their needs.
Now the Government is reviewing the effectiveness of the strategy and the progress that has been made as well as asking for ideas for new action to be taken. In particular it wants to hear the experiences of care and support received by autistic people. If you are an autistic person, a family member of, or carer for, an autistic person or a professional working with autistic people please complete the survey either online or in paper form. The closing date is 16 May 2019.
