This Sunday, 15 September 2019, Mental Health Mates are putting on a walk in Southsea to bring together people to talk and walk.

Mental Health Mates is a network of peer support groups, run by people with mental health issues, who meet regularly to walk and talk without fear or judgement. You do not have to have a diagnosed mental health issue to join our walks – everyone has mental health and we are here for everyone. The Mental Health Mates initiative started in 2016 and has spread across the country allowing people with mental health issues to walk and talk with each other and offer mutual support.

Meet 11am outside Coffee No 1, Palmerston Road, Southsea – contact  SouthseaMentalHealthMates@gmail.com for further information
