Learn to connect with yourself again and discover techniques to allow yourself to feel happier and more self confident.

The course is made up of three workshops, held across consecutive weeks, led by Sarah Haskett, a cognitive behavioural therapist and mental health nurse with a background in performance art. You can choose to complete the full course or if you’re unable to commit to all three dates just sign up to the individual workshops you can attend.
