PALS - For young people aged 6 - 21 with physical disabilities and mild-moderate learning disabilities

PALS enables young people aged 6 - 21 years with physical disabilities and mild-moderate learning disabilities to socialize and enjoy life, friendly competition, good sportsmanship, physical activity, and a great deal of fun.

Wheelchair Basketball is a fun packed team support, and a great chance to engage in some friendly competition and develop fitness.

Every Wednesday from 5pm - 7.30pm PALS get together for an action packed session and we have wheelchairs available for all participants.

Starting with a beginners session (5pm - 6.15pm) we focus on drills and training for our less experienced and younger players, finishing with a short game that anyone of any ability can get involved with and have fun. Then our experienced players will undertake shooting based drills and then a short competitive game.

We have a trained level 2 coach to deliver our fun filled sessions, and volunteers on hand to assist attendees and even join in the sporting fun.
