The Portsmouth Assessment Service offers support for tenants and leaseholders of Portsmouth City Council to resolve issues with anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance.
The service is confidential, independent and impartial. The service's advisors are trained in conflict resolution skills, to identify ways of resolving problems, and will advise you on the most appropriate way forward.
When you are referred, the assessment team will contact you within two working days. They will make an appointment to visit you at home and listen carefully to what you have to say, gathering details of what has happened so far. They will discuss with you the various options available and advise on the most appropriate way forward.
A referral must be made by Portsmouth City Council's Housing department or the Police.
